Look out Newport Beach, the next great athletes are coming to Newport Beach Athletic Club. As of February 2017, the ROCK Institute is bringing its renown performance training to our great facility. Led by Brent Concolino, the ROCK Institute has trained over 15,000 athletes and individuals worldwide.
The Newport Beach Athletic Club had been actively searching for a program to include that would better cater to the young athlete demographic. After years of searching, it became clear that the ROCK Institute would be an obvious choice.

The Rock Institute’s Newport Beach Facility
The Rock Institute at NBAC includes 3 sections. These include the Performance Hall, Therapy room and the main equipment room. In the Performance Hall and Main Equipment Room you will find Members of the Rock Institute will also have access to the different amenities of the Newport Beach Athletic Club as well. This includes the men/women’s locker room, sauna, massages, cafe, etc.
