INDIVIDUAL WOMEN GYM MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
Our family club makes membership simple and affordable! There are no long term contracts, just month to month. Become a part of our family and discover the difference between a franchise and a family-owned gym. We offer memberships for Women and Junior Women who are 27 years old and younger. At the Newport Beach Athletic Center, we offer a plethora of services that are sure to fit your needs and expectations! We have everything from personal trainers and group fitness classes to spa services! We are a private member-based athletic club. Thirty-day written notice is required to terminate membership. We also offer boot camp sessions to jumpstart your workout program.
Group Circuit Classes
Taught by trainer Tom Bazacas, these group circuit classes are perfect for anyone that wants to stop in on their own time and get a great workout! Tom’s Functional Fitness Circuit runs six days a week with various training times throughout the day. The exercises taught are meant to build strength and help people live an active daily lifestyle.
If you prefer to have one on one training, we have four amazing trainers that are ready to work with you! Pilates is a form of exercise that consists of movements that focus on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, while enhancing mental awareness. Our in house pilates instructor, Jennine Czismas, has been teaching pilates at NBAC for over 11 years and has a vast knowledge of exercise and nutrition. Many women love pilates due to the amazing toning results they see with consistency!
Our boxing and kickboxing trainer, Samuel Wellington has been training for over 20 years and is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Table tennis is a great way to exercise the body and mind and increase hand-eye coordination! At NBAC we offer private lessons and group sessions if you want to better your skills, or just play for fun! Our instructor, Ron Arellano, is an experienced table tennis player and has been playing for over 24 years. We also offer an equal challenge table tennis tournament to measure your skills.
Skin Care and Spa Services

Equine Functional Fitness
Horse riding is an extremely demanding sport that requires a lot of leg and core strength. Aside from riding the horse, it is important for the rider to weight train and exercise their core. The NBAC also partners with Reveal Equestrian in San Juan Capistrano for private, semi private, and group training. The Rock Institute is a faith based company that trains athletes and helps them prevent injuries and unwarranted surgeries. They have a relationship with the NBAC and together we have a performance hall, therapy room, and main equipment room.
