A personal trainer in Newport Beach can be the answer you are looking for. Everyone comes to a point where we start to realize that we may have gotten a little too comfortable during COVID lockdowns. When people go to college there is the infamous term “freshman 15”. This year for everyone, there is the “COVID 15”.
