WHAT DOES A SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Sessions are 50 minutes and 90 minutes long and will focus on the four pillars of health and fitness; Flexibility, Stability, Strength and Power. By isolating and reactivating tight or tense muscle you restore the flexibility and function of the muscle and the joint that the muscle is attached to. The first rule in assisted stretching/flexibility training is to re-establish range of motion and flexibility before any strength training program. Clients can expect a one on one instructional assessment program that will take you through a variety of assisted stretches that are developed to assist you with improved range of motion, accelerated recovery, reduced stress, better sleep, relief from aches and pain.

(Consultation generally last 60 minutes)
Stretch Basic – focuses on “primary movement patterns” and places emphasis on the hamstring, hips, inner thighs, quadriceps, lower and upper back, as well as front shoulders.
Level 1 – not only covers each of the areas provided in Stretch Basic, we deliver each of those areas in detail, while adding training for ankles, calves, lumbar, posterior shoulders, rotator cuff, neck flexion and neck rotation.
(Clients have the option of scheduling 50 and 90 minute sessions, times are determined according to schedule availability Mon-Sat).
